Time for me to head off to bed, as my nights with Galaxy 2 are now behind me. I swear, even after wrapping up the game, I can still hear the twinkling of star bits in my head. I think I might have played a bit too much over the past few days! Oh well, I guess there are worse imaginary sounds to fall asleep to. I’ll catch you guys in a few, short hours!

If I had to guess, I’d say that many of you have managed to pick up a copy of Super Mario Galaxy 2 by now. The title launched in North America on Sunday, and now that we’re all the way through Monday night, I’d bet that you guys and gals have been going at the game non-stop. I know, it’s tough to not shirk your daily school/work duties with Mario’s call being so strong! Hopefully you are finding the time to do what needs to be done, and then play a little bit!

As of Sunday night, I managed to get every last star in the game. Man, without ruining things, the very last star really pushed me to the edge. I didn’t think it was going to be a task I could accomplish. It took a good hour’s worth of trying, but I managed to pull it off. I am so damn proud of myself for that! Sadly, that accomplishment means that I’ve seen absolutely everything there is to see in Super Mario Galaxy 2.

That means it’s time for me to envy you guys…and a great deal, at that! Most of you have a large portion of the game ahead of you, and a few weeks of insane fun to keep you busy. I’m now at the point where I get to watch others play the game, and live vicariously through that enjoyment. I actually do like watching people play games, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 will even let me go co-star if I want!

That leads me to the thought for tonight. Short and sweet, I want to know what you guys think of the game thus far. Are all the high review scores living up to the game experience you’re having? Do you think the title is getting more praise than it deserves? Leave a comment and let us know what you love/hate. I hope you’re all having a wonderful time with Mario!

I just wanted to squash this one before things got rolling and went way overboard. There were some supposed scans of Zelda Wii floating around. That is, they were ’supposed’ for about 15 minutes. The scans have been confirmed fake as of a few minutes ago. I wish it were true, my friends! We’ll just have to wait until E3, as I’m sure we’ll get some more details on Zelda Wii then. I mean…we have to, right?!

A Boy and His Blob debut data

A Boy and His Blob data finally debuts on the Nintendo Channel. Man, it’s so sad to see such a high-quality game get so little attention. It took this title 224 days to get its debut data on the Nintendo Channel. Why, oh why didn’t more people pick up this game?

Looks like No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle has hit Australia, and as you can see, another mini-comic has been included in the instruction booklet. Not only that, but the cover has had a few review scores added to it. Let’s hope that makes a difference in the sales!
