A portion of an NY Post interview with Shawn Johnson…
NY: First, and probably most importantly, are you a gamer?
SJ: Definitely! I grew up playing the original Nintendo and now I own the Wii, which is a lot of fun. It’s a great way to get friends and family together and have a good time.
NY: Do you have a favorite game?
SJ: Physical activity is a big part of my life, so it’s no surprise that I like any games that get me up and moving. But if I had to choose just one game… I’d have to say Wii Sports Bowling. I’m a huge bowler so it’s a lot of fun for me.
Looks like the Pro Evo series is really catching on in Latin America. According to some early figures, Pro Evo 2010 has managed to sell 600,000 in Latin America, with 252,000 units coming from Brazil alone. I don’t know what the FIFA sales are for this region, or if FIFA even have a presence in Latin America. Either way, Konami is very proud to see their soccer title doing so well.
